I'm interested in minoring in foreign languages ((specifically Italian, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Chinese, and Portuguese)) in college. Really, that's the main thing I'm concerned with--finding a college with a very good language-learning program.

Oxford is my main school because of its psych program ((my major)) and distance from America, but really, I'm open to any school that isn't a state school ((especially not Mizzou)).

Any suggestions?

Almost any top college or universary would offer courses in psychology and languages.

I'd stay away from technical universaries [e.g., MIT and Cal Tech] because those aren't their specialties. You seem reasonably intellegent [at least you ask a cogent question]. Why don't you pick several cities or countries and see what schools they have to offer.

Of course, you could always apply to the Sorbonne in Paris. See below.
