Beware
Don't Get Trapped with Ouija boards

To those who continue to use the board will become obsessed or possessed!

"The Ouija board is a vehicle which makes it easy for negative spirits and demonic forces to enter this plane of existence." cautioned that evil spirits or demonic forces often gain the trust of people experimenting with Ouija boards by answering several questions truthfully and providing predictions.

"Once they have gained the trust of their victims, it is easy for the entity to move in and take over either by strongly influencing that person, or by outright possession," .

People who are untrained and unsophisticated in the field of the paranormal and supernatural should never play with devices such as the Ouija board!

To dispose of a Ouija properly, you simply cut it into SEVEN pieces and bury it in the ground. This sets the spirits in your board free. DO NOT burn it. The spirits contained with-in will haunt you for the rest of your life.

Love & Blessings

Ideomotor effect
This is the psychological phenomenon that underlies dowsing, automatic writing, table tipping, and the Ouija board. Quite unconsciously, the participant is moving the hand enough to make the movement of the involved device occur, though he may attribute the motion to the divine or supernatural force in which he believes. In all these events, nothing in the way of information is revealed to the operator except what he already knows. The effect is very powerful with some personalities, and no amount of evidence will disabuse believers in the magical nature of the phenomenon.

For the Ouija board this can be shown by the fact that when the operator is properly blindfolded, only gibberish is produced.

Go to a toy store and buy paranormal abilty. From massed produced items. Priceless.

I believe in the Ouija Board. I think the ones you buy off the shelf are no more than just an assembly line toy, but the very old ones are the ones that have the mystical quality. I've also heard certain Ouija Boards are haunted and some are evil.

Be careful when using a Ouija Board. You never know what Spirit is waiting to be rejuvenated.

Ouija boards are supposedly for entertainment purposes only, but the real ones are suppose to contact spirit to give them answers to their questions. I would never touch one of those even if it is from a toy store you never know what could happen also there was a family once in my town that messed with one of those one son was in an accident and put in a wheelchair, one of the sons fell to his death off of a construction site, then the mother and father passed away about a few weeks apart.

yes they are real.

don't know about the magnets - it's a self guided thing.

a group of people hold the stylus, but barely. someone asks a question, someone jots down the letters. supposedly this is what the spirit wants. but the people still have to move the thing - and are not blindfolded (no science here).

not sure where you can get them. i'd look online, i bet you'll find many.

ouija boards are usually fake, the ones that you buy at a store is usually fake with the fake magnets that make you think it's moving itself. but there are real ouija boards out there that are very rare and very dangerous if you use them. you better know how to use them or you're screwed. the real ones you won't find in a typical store where people shop you gotta do research to find the real ones where to look.

* Yes, they exist
* Yes, they're a tool for letting you communicate with your subconscious mind, just like tarot cards or other divination methods.
* They can't summon ghosts, spirits or demons - since those do not exist.
* They don't provide much entertainment - you're better off buying an actual fun board game.

Ouija Boards are fun. Everytime I've played with one, it readily spelled out answers to questions. I have yet to see people play with it wherein anyone does anything *other* than to deny consciously maneuvering the planchette. In fact, as an experiment, I once tried to influence it myself but was unable to. Because the force moving it was greater than I could have overcome without making it obvious to the others that I was doing it.

As for Ouia being "dangerous?" Well... do you know what "ROTFL" means? I'm doing that, figuratively, right now!

And to "Milly_1963" -- YOUR response was HILARIOUS!! "7 pieces?" "Demons?" LOL!!!! How about taking on some other things that are just as real... like the Tooth Fairy? Santa Claus? The Easter Bunny? ROTFL!!! (I'm copying your response into my "Funniest Answers Ever!" file.)
