Ok...I decided to do silver shoes and accessories with the teal top and jeans. Now two more questions:
1. Since the top is v neck, do I go with a ailver necklace and earrings and bracelet, or should I just do no necklace and only earrings and bracelet?
2. What about a purse? I have a silver clutch, but I am thinking that is too much. What color?

if you are going to wear a necklace then i would go with stud earrings now if you want to wear chandelier earrings then dont do a necklace (it will be way to much) as for the purse i would try to find a clutch that has a busier pattern on rather than just one color or the other it will dress your out fit while making it fun and funky!

You should wear the necklace. It would be too plain without one. (Glad you went with silver; lol) Also wear the bracelet and earrings. Make sure the earrings and necklace both aren't too flashy or big. If the earrings are big, keep the necklace simple and vice versa. For the bracelet, you can wear a silver cuff or something like that.
Purse? A silver clutch seems fine ... I don't think it's too much. If you do feel a little bit uncomfortable try something white or something not TOO flashy. :)

you should just wear the necklace with no bracelet and no earrings, remember less is more. Yeah wear the purse so the silver shoes can match to it.

1] definitely wear the earrings and bracelet; they will accentuate your neck and arms. Add the necklace if the earrings are not too big or too ornate.
2] teal, silver, or navy [ even denim ] would be great colors for the bag.

i think you should do a silver necklace but if your gonna wear silver earrings they have to match the necklace in color. and def wear a bracelet. and YEAH i silver clutch would be cutee but don't wear a REALLY big necklace or big hoop ea-rings

necklace with a vneck top, always! if youre getting dresed up, go for the earrings.
change shoes. matchy matchy is soo nineties. get some neutral shoes.
