She is not pretty. Her dad's a has-been. And a terrible actor, BTW. She's just another Hilary Duff or Ashley Tisdale. And she blocking the starlight from more admirable celebs. Like Mandy Moore. All Miley is is a wannabe. (AND I'M FULLY AWARE THAT I'm gonna get some heat from little children)

Sweetie, Mandy Moore is an adult and Miley is a child, They're nowhere near in the same league let alone the up for the same parts. I have no issues with Miley Cyrus, nor am I a fan of hers.Personally, I'm sick of seeing questions about her on this website. But I just wanted to correct you on your comparison of Miley to Mandy. I too am a fan of Mandy Moore's, but I don't think she has anything to worry about when it comes to Miley Cyrus "stealing" her spotlight. They are in too very different parts of their lives.

Oh, I know exactly what you mean. My little sister adores her. I don't know why, exactly. As you said, she definetely lacks in the talent department when it comes to acting and singing.
She seems like a nice girl, but she's not nearly as talented as many other aspiring actresses out there. I wouldn't call her a wannabe, because she already has wannabes looking up to her. As for the Mandy Moore thing, I don't agree with that. Miley doesn't block Mandy because Mandy is a much older actress with a very different fan base.
Don't even get me started on Ashley Tisdale, though. I cannot stand the girl.

Well I'm not going to give you heat but its what people like. You can't force everyone to like mandy moore, or w/e. And they can't force you to like miley cyrus. Different people like different things. Shes mostly a kid's role model though so worry about actress more around your age group.

I do like Mandy Moore and I agree. I think the teen market likes her because she is supposedly 'beautiful' and 'skinny'. I mean if she were bigger, she wouldnt have all of those fans. I mean she is a good role model but her songs kinda suck and she's not funny.

I think a lot of children envy her and sometimes children idolize the character more than the actor playing the character. I don't see why she is so popular other than many young girls wish they could be her. She is kinda cute, but everyone has their own opinion.

my daughter idolizes her, and i disagree with you 100%.shes very pretty,a great singer, a good actor, and she has a wonderful personality. i think shes a perfectly fine role-model. im proud to say that shes my daugters role-model instead of somebody like paris hilton (no offense to anybody who likes paris hilton). and my best friends daughter idolizes ashley tisdale and hillary duff. all three of them are great people
