That's certainly one of the oddest connections I've ever heard of. How does the repopulation of bad cells come about from a wire inside cloth around your chest?

No, that is not true, ask your mom where she heard that rumor from.
Underwire does not lead to breast cancer, breast cancer is caused by something totally different. Underwire actually gives you really great breast support and the bras that give you the best support are the ones with underwire.
