I can't stand spiders, roaches and silverfish!!

I'm not terribly squeamish, I can kill bugs and spiders and such. But the voles and snakes have GOT TO GO. I don't care what they eat or what good they do. If I see a snake, it's "OFF WITH ITS HEAD!" I have the courage to do that, but the hubby has to dispose of it.
