Ok I was just watching tv and the news said that Older siblings are smart. So I want to know? Are older siblings smarter?

Youngest of three, younger of two sisters, highest IQ! What group was tested, anyway? I think only males were tested. Anyway, as we all know, IQ tests are not necessarily indicators of success, happiness, or intellectual curiosity. And the difference is only a few points, as someone already pointed out. This just sounds like the basis for a lot of sibling quarrels. ("Ha ha, I'm smarter'n you!" "Are not!" "Am too!")

That research was probably based on a few people. It depends really. I am the oldest of four and i guess i am 'smarter' than my younger siblings in some areas.

No, I'm the one that was smart enough to skip a grade(actually she did when she was in the 1st grade, but my mom said no) and my older sister spells bad, and she barely reads though she's starting high school this year.

My first brother, the oldest, dropped out of high school.
The second oldest, stayed back once.
The third oldest isn't doing so well in school.
I think my sister and I are the smartest in my immediate family.
