Yow! That's bad! I used to have a neighbor up the block who sawed off a large tree trunk, about 8' tall. He would put a rocking chair up on top and hold a shotgun and rock back and forth. Unfortunately, it was the only road to my house. He'd even sing and randomly shoot the gun. Scary. Cops never did anything about it.
