It could be done in one lick - because a lick technically ends when your tongue leaves the tootsie pop. If you just leave it on there, you could do it in one. It would take forever, though!

I remember when we did this in Math class once! we all came out with different answers, but the range was from 300-450. One time, it took me 6000! but it was a big one
