In the development part of the chart (down, right) there's an intersection between Venus and his sign. Does that mean feelings of love are going to be developed? And if yes, when? Can anyone tell by just studying it?

It was right for both my son and daughter....It was also right for both my sisters and friends children as well. When my mom used it it was only right for 2 out of the 4 of her children. But, it's still neat to look at :)
