I didn't even know about Fox News until an ultra Left-Wing colleague told me he had been watching a guy the previous night called Bill O'Reilly, who he claimed lied every night. He got my curiosity up, and I tuned in. For that moment forward, we would have an argument about every couple days about something that aired on Fox. I would constantly demand proof that Bill O'Reilly had "lied" about something, and he would get on the looney Left web blogs like MoveOn, and some even worse that would pick apart every minute detail of what was happening on Fox.
These Liberals were addicted to trying to find fault wth Fox, and their obsession was just laughable. In two years, my colleague could only come up with two instances where Bill O'Reilly "lied",and in one case, he had just mispoken a statistic, which he corrected on his radio program the next day. This is the difference between fact and reality. A couple of innocent misstatements in two years, compared to the Liberals' insistence that O'Reilly is "always telling lies".
The way Libs are addicted to Fox News reminds me of this lady I knew who was firmly against pornography. She would have demonstrations against it, ask people to sign petitions, and so forth. It was like the center of her life.
One night, we were both at the same cocktail party. She was getting more than a little drunk, and she started entertaining people with her stories of how was fighting porn. She began innocently enough, but then began to go into the most hilariously detailed accounts of porno movies she had viewed ("just to know what I'm fighting against, of course", she would say). As the evening wore on, it was evident that this woman loved watching porn, but just couldn't admit it to herself.
I think this is how the Libs are. They really like Fox, probably get a real education from watching it, but they can't reconcile this fact with their hatred of Conservatism.

As a liberal who watches MSNBC, i comprehend that this is a slanted view… and that's that acknowledgment that makes me diverse then people who watch FOX. in case you prefer to observe Fox then that if nice, in simple terms don’t scream that what they are asserting is a hundred% the information, it is not it is Opinion, honest and balanced is a tag line… eating regimen coke won't make you skinny.. in actuality they are asserting now it provides pounds by way of surplus that folk drink by way of fact they think of this is going to. It’s the comparable as Fox information. you ought to supply it to Fox for a geniuses adverting ploy, they have made their perspectives latterly concern that each and all and sundry different information factors are biases and hence they ought to be your in basic terms source. and because many Fox perspectives REFUSE to get information everywhere else, they have turns into undertaking to propaganda. And any individual who tries to refute them its no longer by way of fact they may be incorrect this is in basic terms the liberal Media bias. right it is an thrilling exercising for you. Sorry, all I have is a rabbit ear antenna. I pick up a grand total of 5 stations and I promise CNN is not one of them.
The only time I look at any CNN on the web is if someone else provides a link in a post or question.

Yes, I think it's funny in an ironic, way also. We conservatives generally don't care what news station libs watch, but we don't watch a lot of CNN because we know from watching it leans way left. Strangely enough, a lot of libs on answers seem obsessed with what conservatives watch and sound like they want to boss us around. It makes them so unhappy. Why so, when they like news tuned to their own beliefs? That's really funny!

Wait a minute!!! We don't bash Faux Noise for being so far right.......we bash them because they pretend to be a news channel....
Everyone KNOWS it is nothing more than a 24-hour comedy channel. News has nothing to do with that bunch at all - except in parody.

I don't complain about Fox' obvious bias. It's Rupert Murdoch's money...he may spend it however he wants. Who am i to tell Murdoch how to spend his hard earned money? I dont care if Fox is objective or subjective. However, I object to Fox' slogan "fair and balanced" which is totally false. Fox is misleading and flat out lying to viewers with their false slogan. CNN never says it fair and balanced.

Yes, and when Air America flops they decide they want to end talk radio with the fairness doctrine. They wouldn't dream of it if Air-head America was successful.
