Hair is often put in compost heaps, it will provide nitrogen. So yes it will but the nitrogen is released slowly as the hair decays.

no but dog poop helps. my mom scoops it out of the yard and throws in onto her flowers, they grow faster :)

it cud be possible but you wud need a lot of hair. try egg shelves
