where were you when you found out the "peoples princess" had died?

Driving home from work (I was working nights at a factory at the time). I pulled my car over & cried.
I was never one to have 'heroines' or 'idols'....but there are a few amazing women I truly looked up to. She was one of them.

I was asleep. It was the following morning and someone called me and asked me if I had heard about Princess Di. I could not believe it. And yes, I was quite devastated.

I was at work and heard it on the morning news. Everyone was glued to the TV during the newscast. It was such a shock.

Home...I stayed glued to the t.v. all day and most of the night. It was very sad and I cried a lot.
