Good skills, I think, but I i didn't look at the source code after you saying to get out.(in the source)
You need more content, but it's a good start.
Also, you should host on 110mb.com ( http://defconlive.info/?EWXTT ) in a few days when they open reg's. It's the best hosting site(free).
Hope I helped!

Well, concerning your HTML skills, I'd say that you need to study a bit. But you certainly gave it a good try to begin with, it's just a matter of finishing it now.
You don't have a DocType at the top. This would be the very first line that every webpage should have. You can read about it here:
http://www.w3.org/QA/Tips/Doctype
http://www.w3.org/QA/2002/04/valid-dtd-list.html
Here's some basic reading on the structure of an HTML doc:
http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/global.html
Some info on how to use the meta tags:
http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_meta.asp
And here are some great tutorials on learning HTML, XHTML, CSS, etc. :
http://www.w3schools.com/default.asp
I hope this helps.

if you did this using notepad, they are grate I think, but for making a website I recommend Dreamweaver or Frontpage, but it is good to have good html skills to troubleshoot problems, that sometimes can't be fixed using these programs.

well one your real site url is:
http://snuckles108.free-site-host.com/
dont use "redirector" sites. they suck because they put your site into a frame, which will be ignored by Search engines
dont put spaces in file names:
ie http://snuckles108.free-site-host.com/Top%20most%20pgames.html
see all those %20... thos are the spaces. ALL filenames should be treated as one word with the extension. so your top most private games should be just topgames.html or similiar.

If failed validation because no character encoding was specified. Opera and Firefox both have page validating plug ins for you, I suggest you get familiar with them

Well your page uses frames....don't.
Also, your menu choices don't respond to rollover actions. They need to.
Keep working at it.
