I have a misdemeanor on my record (less than 10 yrs. old) but it is not on the list of possible disqualifying crimes. (I'd rather not tell my crime on Yahoo for the world to see...) Do you think I will get my commission??

in many cases, this variety of crimes that could avert one from getting a notary public value could be crimes coping with dishonesty, i.e. theft, embezzlement, extortion. you notice, they don't elect somebody it somewhat is permitted to authenticate signatures on significant data, to be somebody who might abuse that privilege for deepest earnings. i'm specific you would be advantageous. In Oregon they don't even do historic past exams for notary applicants.
