This is probley going to be hard to believe but im 14 about to turn 15 I have 32 DD. And Im only 5'2. Im not fat or anything I just have a very large bust that runs through my family. I have back problems and I am very embaressed. I still want "big boobs" but not GIGANTIC lol. And plEASE DONT SAY that Im to young to get a breast reduction because I am not. I know people younger than me who have gotten them so please just answer me honestly. I am very scared because I heard thers ALOT of scarring and all of that. :[[And I have no tolerance to pain.

If you are having back problems because of your breast size, then, yes, you should have breast reduction surgery. If you research surgeons, you should be able to find one that is good and will be able to reduce the scarring.

I can't answer that you are too young as only a surgeon would be able to make that decision. I am 21 and had my breast reduction 8 weeks ago. I too still wanted big boobs so I was reduced from a 34G to a 34DD (the size I was when I was your age). Now I have no back, neck, shoulder pain and look awesome in all my clothes. I do not have a high tolerance to pain and yet I was in very little to no pain, of course this all depends on the length of your procedure and the skill level of your plastic surgeon. My scars which run vertically down from the bottom of my nipples have already smoothed out and are mostly white now, my actual nipples were resized and set back into my breasts using only surgical glue- therefore I have no scarring at all around my nipples.
Keep doing your research and maybe go and meet with some surgeons. It may be that they will want you to wait until you are 16 but at least then you have a chance ot save some money to put towards getting it done. It's a very expensive procedure, I paid AU $11,500 out of my pocket to have mine done.

If your doctor/gynecologist, the surgeon to be doing the surgery, you and your parents think that you are old enough, Go for it. I know several people with back problems due to large breasts and they will only get worse. It is probably a good idea to wait to do the surgery until you are done growing (at 15 that should be relatively soon if you haven't stopped already, my doctor said 2 years after your first period but everyone is different) I say this only because if your breasts grow again after the surgery the scars will expand and show more. (due to the stretching of the skin)
Just make sure it's what you want and that you do your homework and choose a good surgeon.

As much as you don't want to hear it, you are too young to get breast reduction surgery. You're not fully grown yet, so if you get the surgery now, in a couple years, you might notice unevenness, or that your breasts have gotten bigger again. Wait a couple more years (around age 18) to decide.
You should talk to your parents and a couple doctors (gynecologist and cosmetic surgeon) before making any decisions.
You'll be knocked out during the surgery, if you choose to get it. When you wake up, you'll most likely be taking painkillers, so you shouldn't hurt too bad.
Take the next year or two to do a lot of research about the procedure, scarring, etc.
In the meantime, go to a nice department store or Victoria's Secret and make sure you're wearing the proper type/size of bra. Most women wear the wrong bra size, and can feel discomfort or pain because of that.

Actually doctors do not like to operate on anyone who is younger than 18 because of growth issues. They take it on a case by case basis with their size and health issues.
A reduction as you should know, since you know girls who have gotten it done, will help your back pain.
I had it done Feb 2006 38J to 38C and do not regret it one bit.
Get properly sized as well. 80% of us are in the wrong size bra. Go to Sears or Nordstroms or JCPenney (NOT victoria secret, as they do not size big women correctly, trust me I've tried!).

i know that you are not too young too, but you could wait until you 19 or 20 to get breast reductions because your only 14 and your breasts aren't done growing yet.
