well humans are not thought to be "babies" untill they are out of the mothers body and functioning on their own. So if you want to say "aborted baby" that would mean they killed it.
But if you were to say fetus, meaning the human still in utero, that means termination.

You're confusing a baby with a fetus. A baby is a human being who has been born. A fetus is a group of cells within the female body. Abortion is removing these cells from the body. It is not murder to destroy cells. Every time you shave or take a shower, you are removing cells from your body. Murder can only apply to killing a living human being. Abortion is a legal procedure. If it were considered murder, it would be a crime punishable by death or incarceration in prison.

it means the baby is killed. abortion unfortunately is legal past 12 weeks; in some places its legal upto 26 weeks i read, and someone told me upto 30 weeks. this is literally killing the baby; they partially deliver and shove scissors into its head. google abortion and youll get more detailed answers if thats what youre looking for.
and elaine, when the baby has a heartbeat, its not just a cluster of cells anymore! by 12 weeks, you can tell whether its a girl or boy by the genitalia. thats not just a cluster of cells!! at 20 weeks, the baby can cry, move his or her arms where they want to, suck; thats NOT a cluster of cells!! people like you make me sick!! ok, early abortion is a different story, but when its something that has a heart beat, thats WAY different and how can you compare it to shaving your legs and removing cells from your body!!!

It means the doctor goes in and kills it and takes it out, so the woman isn't pregnant anymore. It is illegal to have an abortion after 12 weeks of pregnancy.
