As a professional indepent business owner, that is exactly the type of women I am drawn to because I feel that a woman should be complete within herself and not needing a man to complete her.

Cultural feminism is the ideology of a female nature or female essence reappropriated by feminists themselves in an effort to revalidate undervalued female attributes. (Alcoff, 1988). It’s the theory that there are fundamental personality and psychological differences between men and women, and that women's differences are not only unique, but superior. This theory of feminism takes note of the biological differences between men and women - such as menstruation and childbirth - and extrapolates from this the idea of an inherent "women's culture." For example, the belief that "women are kinder and gentler than men," prompts cultural feminists call for an infusion of women's culture into the male-dominated world, which would presumably result in less violence and fewer wars. At its core, the theory ascribes to a form of gendered essentialism. Cultural feminism seeks to improve the relationship between the sexes and often cultures at large by celebrating women's special qualities, ways, and experiences, often believing that the "woman's way" is the better way, or that the culture discussed is overly masculine and requires balance from feminine perspectives. Cultural feminism is a form of difference feminism.

Of course. That is the most attractive kind of women! If you are having touble finding someone, perhaps you aren't looking at the right place.

A question for you...would you date a man who knows what he wants and would never allow a woman to step all over him?

My husband wouldn't have dated any other sort of woman...and he married me.

And what's the difference between a 'cultural feminist' and a just plain garden-variety feminist? Your definition sounds like simple feminism to me.

If thats all you mean by it sure.I would just want someone who has the same way of thinking morals religious beliefs because I do not believe in trying to force someone to change. If its a self centered b--ch who believes murdering the unborn is ok for a woman to decide then no.If she is morally bankrupt a democratic liberal then no.

Of course, as long as she didn't have a hidden (to her even) agenda to be the one stepping all over the nice man she's settled for.

properly pondering i do no longer date women, no. so a tactics as getting alongside with them, I frequently do except they only try responsible sexism for each and each element that she considers a failure. there's a great difference in seeing issues as they are and status up for your self and easily searching for somebody responsible.
