It felt as if something just touched me right now and it made me shiver how I used to see people shivering in church. It's kind of hard to explain and no I'm not high right now. It's something that happens to me from time to time. And no there's no pain involved either.

My Gran called those shudders...like you get all goose bumpy. She would say someone passed over the spot you will be laid to rest. She knew so many old wives tales...I used to think I would be buried in a busy street sometimes, the way I would shudder. My friend the psychic says it is spirits with me. You chose which one fits here.

Someone or something is trying to communicate with you and since there was no pain there might be a message you may need to hear so take heed and listen to your heart it might be trying to tell you something you may need to know.
