However, we are both separated and have lived together. His wife won't give him a divorce unless it is on the grounds of adultery. Is there no other way?

There is another option for you..

You could actually do the right thing, and leave him alone until you're BOTH single. You said that "we are both seperated" which leaves me to assume that you yourself are married as well. My goodness.. it sounds like neither of you have a whole lot of respect for your marriage vows.

You're a married woman who is shacking up with another womans husband. You are the one who put yourself in that situation, now you need to deal with it.

Also, I hate to be the one to inform you of this.. but what you two are doing, it is adultury. Do you really expect anyone to believe that you're not sleeping together?? If you weren't, you wouldn't have been in such a rush to live together like that.

You need to get a clue.. and some morals.

There is absolutely no way for you to keep his ex- from naming you. It is called something really basic, it's called "the truth". He is married, you're having sex with him. That's called adultery. It's the truth. There's no way to force his ex- to keep you out of it. The only way that can happen is either: A) He gives her everything he owns, and then some, or B) You have a time machine and can go back in time and not live with a married man.

Sorry.

You're living with a married man. I wouldn't believe that you haven't had sex either. Good luck. You both made a stupid decision and will now pay for it. Gosh, I wish I'd hauled the other woman to court!

He could divorce her for unreasonable behaviour if he has some valid reasons why the marriage has broken down. Why would it matter to you if she did name you at least he could get a quick divorce?

My ex tryed to tell me that even though he was spending the night with another woman that it didn't mean he was having sex with her I told him to tell that to the judge. Nobody believes your not haveing sex with him. Why do you feel like you need to make people believe that? Do you have a guilty concious? Maybe you had something to do with their separation? I don't know Just asking

Laws are different everywhere. Here in Canada that is no longer used.If you are both legally separated then his wife can't use that against him.Being legally separated means you can live your life the way you want..See a lawyer.

You should both get your own place to live until both divorces are completed. It would be better for your relationship in the long run.

You can not get a divorce because of adultery...the courts do not accept that as an excuse.

It doesn't matter if you sleep with him or not. If he is separated from his wife, then legally it can't be classed as adultery.
