I can talk to people either way, on line, in person, over the phone, etc. I get along well with people, and don't usually have a problem talking to people. I've been in customer service for 14 years, so I've had a lot of practice.

Because on net, you do not see their eyes,, and in real life both of your and the other persons' eye are moving and other people arrounding are sticking nose in to your business. So it is hard to talk to some one in person. It does help if the other person has good hearing ability or bad vision.
