I can't find that episode ANYWHERE!!!!!!! Please tell me where I can find it other than the websites youtube.com; dailymotion.com; livevideo.com; crunchyroll.com; animeblogger.com; anime.misao.com; google.com; or yahoo.com. I have tried ALL of those websites and yet I can't find it!!!!!! Please help me!!!! :(

the latest that came out is 10 by fansubbers. 11 could be out on raw form.

I believe that... Lucky Star airs in Japan on Sunday early early morning. And that a RAW of it becomes available on the internet around Monday or Tuesday and finally a subbed version on Wednesday or Thursday.
So the simple answer is that --it hasn't been released yet--.
But like always... it will appear somewhere... it just takes time.
