Why would you want to do that? Here is a man who won a Nobel Peace prize. How many Nobel prizes did Reagan or either of the Bushs win? (hint = 0)

Actually, Carter was our best President. He was honest, unlike Bush who has spent more than a Trillion dollars on a false war with Iraq, inherited the least deficit and created the largest in history. Vetoes stem cell research because it does not agree with his radical Christian support. He is definitely impeachable, all Clinton got was BJ while all the ones impeaching him had mistresses. How can you support that, are you nuts?

If we can't impeach Bush right now while he's in office, I think it would be a stretch. The idea of impeachment is to get someone out of office, and he's already out.
So what would your grounds be, anyway?

Tell you what - I'll support your retroactive impeachment of Carter if you support my retroactive impeachment of Reagan. That would be about even.

Only if you are still living in the 70s. I think most of Congress are working on our current situation.

Maybe if it goes through we will get the Panama canal back we dug and he gave away. I would settle for an uncapping of the oil well he talked Arabs into capping because oil was to cheap.
