More than likely. Clear blue is a very accurate test.

Yes. Any time a pregnancy test shows positive it's correct. There is no way for a test to show Pregnant with out you having the hormone to set off the test. It's far more likely to get a test that shows negitive that's incorrect.

When I thought I was pregnant back in April (turns out I am), I took the same test, and the first one came back negative. I took another one, 3 days later, and it came back negative, but it was acting strange. I went out and picked up the First Response Early Pregnancy test just to try another brand. This particular test came with 4 separate sticks, and I took it right after the ClearBlue, and it instantly came up positive. I took another one the next morning, and it was positive. I waited a few more days, and it was positive, and then I felt confident enough to call my doctor. So, my advise is to try another brand, just to be sure.

I know it's rare to have a false positive and much more common to have false negatives. Even if it's not time for your period, you could already have enough HCG in your urine to show up on the test. You could also have been having periods and have still been pregnant all this time and could be further along than you think. I would retest and if I got another positive, I'd make a doctor's appt for a blood test.

False positives are highly unusual with HPTs. If it said positive then you probably are pregnant. The HPT can show up positive before your missed period. If you question it then either wait until you have actually missed your period to take another test. I would suggest calling your doctor to get blood work done though. That way if it was correct you are getting the prenatal care you need. Good luck

I took two clearblue digital tests in the beginning of March. I took them 4 days before my expected period. They were both positive and I am 19 weeks pregnant.
Congratulations!!

A pregnancy test rarely has a false positive. Just in case wait a few days and take another test, if it's positve it's time to call your doctor or family planning.

You are more likely to get a false answer with the Clearblue digital than any of the others. They are notorious for giving incorrect answers both false pos and false negs. I would reccomend that you go get a standard hpt like first response or EPT and try it again. If it says it's positive believe it.
