My brother might be fathering a child in a month.. and what does he need to do after the baby is born? and how long will it take for results?

Well, if it's his:
1. Get listed on the birth certificate
2. Support the child to the best of his ability

He needs to call the doctors, ask where or how to go about getting a DNA test. Takes a couple of weeks.

Your brother needs an attorney. Without one, there is a possibility that he will be stuck with child support even if the child is not his. Lawyer up now.
