How do I access LiveHelp from the home page?

In order to see the live help button everyone is referring to you must be on the ebay home page. most people look for it on their MY EBAY page and i is not there. onthe home page right side you will see Java technology powered by Sun. just under that you will see a question mark in a chat bubble and the words "Live Help" next to it. that is where you need to be. If you need any advise about ebay and cant get what you need from the chat, feel free to contact me. I am a long time power seller on there.

In the upper right hand corner there is a link,, just under the banner that says
? live help
Just click that link.. it will open a "chat" window.

k its pretty hard to find the live help
the easist way is to go into 'sell an item' and while your listing the item, click on the 'help' button ( on the new form) and there should be a "Live help" button there.
