We live in Middlesbrough and we are with Virgin! Haven't had no problems with the Internet connection but we have with our receiver!!!! Haven't been happy since we got it, going to change to sky soon!!!!! When you phone them, tell them you want to reverse the charges, you will get your money back for the calls, otherwise you will pay out a fortune phoning Pakistan all the time lol!!!!

Not right now. My cable service has been having problems all week, been working great today. In fact, I downloaded a movie short, was really fast for once.

Mine too, I'm having to press on 'answer question' about four times before I can type anything, I was getting worried and thought it was just my computer.
