That's a fun Question!

When I was little, my Mom gave me Felix Salten's Bambi, and while the hunter goes unnamed, man I had to think that was the baddest of the bad guys, and he was just doing what hunters do, from from the perspective of young Bambi, the dude was Satan.

By favorite do you mean the one I love to hate or one that I respect? Then there are those villains for which I feel sorry.

The one I most despise is the Dark One from the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan.

The one I find the most entertaining is the tobacco company guy in The Runaway Jury by John Grisham. He's just doing his job.

Well, she's not really a villain, but at points she's the main character's antagonist, Victoria Philips in "Savannah from Savannah", "Savannah Comes Undone", and "Savannah By The Sea"

Heathcliff from Wuthering Heights.His quest for revenge ruins the lives of everyone around him, but, in a way, I always felt bad that Catherine rejected him in the first place. I love when you can empathize with the bad guy.

I thought about this long and hard and I gotta go with...Edgler Foreman Vess from Intensity by Dean Koontz. That guy is a crazy, sick killer. Good villain.
