i think in our society ... pretty people do get their own way in some cases. small favors from men, easily attracts people, free drinks from strangers etc... But it doesnt necessarily mean they're much better than the rest esp in work places. And it also doesnt necessarily mean they're much happier.

Yes, generally they do. I've been blonde all my life and decided to dye my hair brown. During the course of 2 weeks I nticed how differently I was treated. Something as simple as hair color made a huge difference. I bleached it back.
