Yes you will and can, but its not going to happend over night, you are only 15 so your body is still developing, keep working out and keep playing and you will be dunking sooner than you think.

Kid, I've been through the same things as you. And yes, squatting is the best exercise in all of sports. It will: help you jump higher, run faster, etc. The keys to jumping: quads (squatting), calves (calf raises), hamstrings (do hamstring curls at a local gym), groin (do butterflies when stretching), and most importantly, stretch. After you do squats and calf raises, run a mile or two. Explosiveness is also very important, power cleans and push press are two of the best explosive workouts. And last but not least your weight is very important. If you are 5'11, and you are around 150, you should be able to dunk. But you must be able to squat alot (285), and your calves must be strong, and you must be coordinated and flexible.

Search Plyometrics - these are jumping exercises first intended for volleyball players and then basketball players and track and field athletes use them. They have been in use by many for a LONG time. I used them all throughout high school basketball, and continued using them into college. It will not only affect your jumping ability, but your quickness as well. Just about every player from high school on does these in some form.
Squats alone won't help you dunk. Think of dunking and jumping as a whole body activity. You have to weight train and get your core strength up, and you also have to practice your technique for jumping.

You need to work on your "core" which is everything for your abs down. Just doing squats will not help you dunk. you also need to work on exercises that will help you be "explosive". It is going to take a bunch of exercises together to improve vertical leap.
Check out the website below. They have forums that can help you with any exercise for any outcome you prefer.

Squats alone won't do it. Depending on your size and build, you may have to expand that work out.
Best thing to do is build your leg muscles and overall endurance.
