I can not abide reality shows! I get enough reality in my daily life, or watching the news!
I want to escape when I watch t.v. so mine are:
1. Doctor Who
2. Stargate Atlantis
3.Heroes
4.Eureka
5 Raines
6 Dresden Files.
Are you seeing a pattern here? I really like the odd shows or sci-fi! There are good dramas too Law and Order's ! (any)
Ghost Hunters! Shark! many more, we'd be here all day long!. these are just a few of them! Except for the reality shows, I am really eclectic!

Much as I hate to admit it, I am a reality TV junkie! I also watch stuff like Medium, ER, Las Vegas, Alias, Smallville, and The Shield. But you could burn the house down around me while Big Brother, Survivor, So You Think You Can Dance, Trading Spouses, The Bachelor, America's Next Top Model, The Biggest Loser, the list goes on forever! Heaven help me! LOL

I prefer crime TV programs like CSI (all three) and NCIS and many more. I also enjoy comedies such as The Simpsons, Family Guy, Friends, to name but a few. :D
I also became interested in House and Grey's Anatomy. Really good series :D
It also depends on what my mood is like. There is one thing for sure and that is I hate Soaps. They are so predictable and all so similar :D

I don't watch much at all.
The highlight of my week is now Rome (BBC2).
It is the only program I currently look forward to, that and Dr. Who thanks to my nephews who wouldn't let me live it down if I ever missed an episode.
I enjoy shows based around times of past, I'm not into Victorian eras, though, more ancient Rome, Ancient Greek, mythology.
Don't mind a bit of a modern day detective show, though I am picky. Daziel and Pacoe, Murder she wrote, Colombo

I like to laugh, so comedies...also I like CSI, Law and Order and X files. I didn't watch TV for about 20 years, so I'm just starting to learn what's on these days. HATE soap operas!
