You could try expirmenting with taking apart and putting back together a computer. Incase something goes wrong, I'd only suggest that if you're not using the computer anymore.
You could try erasing the hard drive, and using it as a web server, and host a couple of websites on it, if you're into that.
You could try installing Linux instead (I'm guessing you have Windows) and using it to learn programming and hacking (ethical hacking).

If they are at least Pentium lll, they could still be useful for web browsing, light office applications, downloading and MP3. Forget gaming. You could remove the best components from each and assemble a good one w/ the maximum RAM it could take from the rest.
If below Pentium lll class, they are practically useless.
