i have a metagross that i pal parked over to my pearl and i want to egg it to get beldum and metang on my pokedex.

I Had A Rotom, Put it with a ditto and it made an egg..
So It Works, my rotom had no gender, if it did, my game probably had a glitch

yes they can like if you put a magnetite it will make an egg if you put metagross it will make a beldum

Yup, that's one of the reasons they made ditto, I think. And to that person who answered with that bi crap, get a life and quit getting points you don't deserve.

1st. the pokemon needs to like ditto

if you're talking about legendary ones or ditto, then i dont think you can :S (ditto is obviously able though)
