Why can't we just give them a trial like we should, what the heck is wrong with people who would deny justice to another human being, if they are terrorists and we have evidence they will be locked up properly if not send them home we've lost the war already because we've allowed who and what we are as a Nation to be perverted, it's a sad day when Americans would shun due process in favor of fear

They will be living with your brother in prison pal. Colan Powell called for this to happen and he is a full fledged card carrying Republican. They have to bring the the detainees to justice with trial rights. They aren't going anywhere, but into the American prison system. I doubt any of them will survive the experience either.
