It depends on how old you are as to whether you can get taller, but an normal intake of milk will not increase your height. HOWEVER, not enough milk could be detrimental to your growth potential and could lead to osteperosis and bone loss as you age, especially if you are a woman.

It can't hurt. Milk has lots of good nutrients in it, most importantly calcium which is necessary for bones, so in drinking milk you are giving yourself as you said, a good start. Other factors play, too, like your genes. A modest amount of meat might help too.

you can incease your height if you drink milk pre-teen years
otherwise all it will do is help strengthen your bones
19 is too late to rely on milk as i think the little calcuim it produces is absorbe to quickly by the bigger body
try calcuim or protein supplements they may help
