You would probably be better to ask in the genealogy section, but they are related. Prince Philip is closely related to the Romanovs, and his DNA was used to test the remains found, that were later identified as the Tsar and his family.
The Tsar and King George V, the Queen's grandfather, were cousins.

The Romanovs and the Windsors are related. Tzar Nicholas the II of Russia and the queen's grandfather, George V were cousins. One place you can the Romanov family tree is royalty,nu under European royalty Russia, Royalty,nu and hellomagazine.com are good starting points for complete family trees on the Brit royal fam. Also try some of the other royal family sites, I know on the Norwegian royal family site, their family tree links up with both the Swedish and English royal fams trees. There is a tab on the Nor roy fam site to translate it in England. Also try some of the royal genaology sites, their info is pretty accurate. Also use Encarta or Encyclopedia britannica online. They might have full family trees also.

there is definitely a connection, but I am not sure you can get the info you seek online.
My mother researched our lineage thru my father, and it leads not only to the British throne but also to the Romanov empire. Our family tree is huge and is on display in my brother's home, so I know there is a very definite connection. My mother got her information at various libraries around the globe.

Oh dear, ALL the Royal Houses of Europe have intermarried over and over and over again...including England and Russia.
I don't know if there is a website. You may have to make your own, like I did.

see the little box above that says, "Search:" ? type what you're looking for in the little box, then move your mouse to the box that says "web search," click -- voila! (you can start by looking for "voila" if you like).
