i can's find Lucario in diamond and i check cheatplanet but i can't find a foggy lake or defog where do i get it?

lucario is not up for grabbs. you must go to iron island and help a girl get through. she will give you a (riolu, the thing that turns into lucario.) egg. hatch it, and as soon as it likes you, it will evolve.

You cannot catch Lucario in the wild. You are handed an egg by Riley on Iron Island which will hatch into Riolu then evolve it into Luchario

If you want to catch him, Riley in Iron mountain will give you an egg. That will hatch into Riolu. It involves into Lucario with max happiness and during the day.
To see Lucario, go to the fighting gym and the leader will have one.

You have to go to Iron Island, don't worry as the game goes on you'll go. When you enter you will team up with someone that has him. When you're done he will give you an egg containing Riolu, Lucario's pre-evolution. All you have to do is hatch him.

first you need riolu. which you get an egg from aperson on iron mountain. then hatch the egg and evolve the pokemon by level. then you have Lucario

you have to go to canalave city then find a sailor and ask him to take you to iron island then get to the back of the cave with the ranger and he will give lucario's lower eveloution in a egg.
(level up riolou during the day)
