I have 2 DUI and a Felony with intent to distribute withheld on ajudication?

I have 2 DUI and a Felony with intent to distribute withheld on ajudication?
i got the fellony withheld on ajudication so but i was never charged with it so does that mean i have a felony or not..

It depends on the adjudication final result. If you are finally found guilty, then it is on your conviction record. If they ask if you have a felony arrest record, the answer is truthfully yes. Respectfully, this might be a good time to evaluate some life choices.
