First of all hun it wasnt't very wise to walk around the house like that was it??!! Secondly, he shouldn't be looking at you in that manner either and certainly he shouldn't be making comments like that! Mention it to your mum and say you're sorry for walking around like that. I'm sure she'll be shocked but she'll understand. She needs to know whats going on. Do this before the situation gets any worse. Good luck hun. xxx

as a 41 year old mother with a 18 year old daughter i would kick your *** for walking around my house with a short skirt on with no panties in front of my husband having no respect for me.you and my husband would be kicked out the front door!

You should be more careful when you wear skirts and short pants.... but, try to talk with your mom and tell her the type of pervert that she have as husband..... and cry if you have to cry.... said to your mom that you don't feel comfortable around your step dad....... don't expect that she let him immediately, but something will happen......
