This is something that has always made me wonder. I live in Arizona and it was the Friday before the disaster, maybe like late morning, mid day I was walking the track during aroebics class at school when I looked up and saw this plane, and I thought to myself that's weird it looks like a shuttle, what is a shuttle doing here? I told my friends look it's a shuttle but when I went back to look it wasn't there. I wasn't watching the news much then so I didn't even know that the shuttle was coming back. I left it at that since no one alse saw it. Then later the disaster hit news. I'm just confused on what I saw that day, is there any other plane that looks like that? Or did anyone alse see it before it exploded that day?

From what you guys have answered yes it true, but I know what i saw, thats why I think its strange. Like I asked is there any other plane that looks like it? I have never talked about it before cuz it just doesn't make sense. I guess I will never know what I really saw. Thanks guys.

That all depends on what other air traffic was in the area at that time. That was awhile ago so you may never know your answer. You just have to trust your own eyes and what you saw to be true in your own beliefs.

I believe the first sightings of the ship came in Texas, which had it breaking apart. I would doubt that you could have seen much in Arizona. It still would have been mighty small.

if the shuttle was low enough for you to make it out, then it was not the shuttle. the shuttle broke up at very high altitude much to high to been seen
