Ever noticed it? Look at pictures of Queen Elizabeth when she was younger. Then of course you have William and Harry who all the girls want (and come to think of it, they never had like any acne either...). You'll see a picture perfect shot of any monarchy waving from a balcony.
Is this because they have bred to promote good genes, or just an imagined coincidence like the idea of "sympathy pain"?

They're not. They seem to be more glamorous because they can afford to look good and are always in the public eye. When you remove the setting of the pictures and put them next to an ordinary person, they are just as unattractive.

I think your very wrong in your assumption. People in royal families look no better than any other common family. Their are good looking and ugly in any family whether their royalty or not.
Queen Elizabeth was not that good looking even from her younger pictures, and William and Harry look no better than any other guy. They look normal but their not what I would call extremely handsome. And, how do you know they haven't suffered from acne??? Just because it's not in every picture doesn't mean they never had it or suffers from it. I think your obsessed with royal families. Take pride in your own self and for the common people around you too.

It may be in part due to lower alcohol consumption, and the tradition of consulting an astrologer in finding one's mate.
Also in general they seem less prone to overeating and are taught to conserve emotion, which may be considered more attractive

Some royals are attractive and some aren't;but money,power and fame are enough,in some peoples' eyes,to make even the most plain person attractive.
Also,pictures can be deceiving;flaws can be airbrushed...
