Use a loofah with a long handle so you can get to those hard to reach places on your back. Dial makes a good antibacterial, exfoliating body wash that has little beads in it. Yes, it feels a little grainy, but it works wonders on the skin. Pour a generous amount on your loofah, and then vigorously scrub your back. Avoid soaps that contain lots of oils and moisturizers (such as Dove or Tone) on your back, as they will only aggravate the condition.
If you have a cooperative spouse, significant other, or friend, get them to use the acne wipes such as the Oxy face wipes, on your back. They're designed for helping clear up acne on the face, but they work the same on the back.

If you have long hair, sometimes that will anger the bacne. Try St. Ives Apricot Scrub a few times a week, and maybe use an astringent too to really clear it up. Clean sheets on the bed can help keep it clear. Or Neutragena makes a great body wash and scrub that gets good reviews (Body Clear Body Wash). Good luck.

There is one way to get rid of that nast acne with out going to the doctor!
1. Go to the drug store or Whole Foods, and buy cotton pads (not q-tips) and buy 1 bottle of tea tree oil.
2. Take one pad and wet it under warm/hot water (not cold!)
3. Drip1-3 tea tree oil drops on the pad.
4. Wipe all around your face, or the area wear your acne is.
5. You acne should start to dissapear in 3+ days.
Never put 4+ drops of tea tree oil. It's very strong.

They sell these bars of soap that are medicated that you can use anywhere on your body to clear your skin of acne. It is the same thing as face wash for treating acne, except in the form of a bar. Also, you can apply acne face wash or acne medications directly on your back, too, just like you would on your face. However, I find the bars are easier. If that doesn't help, if you can maybe you should visit a dermatologist that can specially prescribe somthing for treating that area.
