Every time I turn on my computer, I get a black screen. Text appears, and it lets me choose four options, Safe Mode, Last Good Configuration, and two other things, which I cannot remember. Yet, when I choose any of them, the Windows XP loading screen comes on, then the screen turns blue. It says UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME and has a alittle more text at the bottom. What can I do to fix this!?

Your hard drive might have gone bad...that is usually what this error means. Try running a Repair install on Windows, if it fails that's probably what happened.

Your file system is corrupted, you will have to reinstall windows. Your files are probably still in tact if you need to recover them, it is possible they are not corrupted.
