This is a fairly potent oxidizer. What are you wanting to do with it?

Chemical supply houses have such but you probably won't be able to buy it there until you explain why you want it.

you can't buy it from United anymore, so you'll have to make it by electrolysis. Even if they did still sell it, they say it could take a couple of weeks to process your order. P.S. Skylighter won't sell it to you unless you have already established a reputation with them.

This stuff is an oxidizer and can be dangerous when combined with substances. Be careful.
