From my experience with cats, I have found that black cats, in general, tend to be cuddlier while white cats tend to be more skittish.
I am not saying that there are no cuddly white cats or no skittish black cats. I'm just saying that this is my observation with the cats I have known.
So, to answer your question, if I wanted a cuddler, and I enjoy those the most, I would pick a black cat.
