Their sleep patterns are regulated by Nasa, so I think they avoid that problem by keeping it to the same times they were used to when they took off from FL.
I wouldn't be surprised!
And speakingof pop...I wonder how THAT works in zero-g space? Hmmmm...

no i dont think so because i think the space shuttle adjust internal pressure.
