You need to experiment and try different things for starters. Go into it as a learning experience with your partner. Have him try differnt things and see what feels good and what doesn't. When you have narrowed down the things that feel good, start expanding to see what does the job. Once you finally have an orgasm, see if you can then combine a couple of different acts to generate an orgams.
