Possibly, Conservatism is not gone just because of an election loss. Plus, people see liberal activist as hatefull. I hope conservatives do win.

don't know which poll you are looking at but clinton had like 43% and the nearest republican was at 21%. I really don't believe a conservative victory is at hand. look how the last election (06) went and at bush's approval rating.

Bush's approval rating is at 26 percent. All the Republicans are tying themselves to his war and his economic policies. (Except Ron Paul, who has his own insanities.) A Democrat will win in 2008 and it won't even be close.
