Great question I would love to see the results in that situation. However I don't want to endure the results of the elected official no matter who it is.

NO amount of campaign money is certain to secure the presidency. It is up to the voters, so the campaign money may help in getting the candidates image to the public. So if the public doesn't like their platform, they won't get elected, no matter how much money they spend on their campaign.

No. That would secure him a long stretch in the Federal penetentiary because ..... its unlawful to donate more than $500 per individual. I think there are collective limits of $10,000 for certain types of donations. But the only guy that can privately donate that kind of money, is if its his own money and his own campaign.

It would catch them a financing violation unless that gave it to a 527 org to smear the opponent.
If it were allowed, it would at least secure the party nomination which is based on fund raising capability.

Its not going to happen with the current federal laws on federal spending, only way is for someone who is worth one billion to run and use it to personally fund their own campaign.

No, votes secure the presidency. All these people say, "he would be breaking the law" Well I think the these stupid McCain law violates the Constitution because it limits a form of free speech. You should be able to give as much as you want.
