I have a golbat that knows mean look.. but before I can even use one move on mersprit it flees. If I give my golbat more iron or stuff like that, eventually will it be able to use mean look before Mesprit flees?

It has to have at least 100 speed to use mean look. Otherwise it will run away.
This is how mean look works: Mean look will be in effect as long as the pokemon that used is in battle and active. If you switch or it faints, mean look disappears.

look, give Golbat Carbos for speed, and do mean look, if you can't do that try a Masterball. you can pass it from another game.

use mastar ball or u cant swich out golbat!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or it can run away if you use mean look your golbat must be a high lv and fast to!

well, use your master ball! if you don't have it, and used it on dialga, it is almost impossible to catch. all of mu friends told me to save it. sorry.
